Installing NEMA 6-50R outlet. Cost/Recommendations? *Seattle

I have Blink unit that I will be moving to a new home. So all I need is to install new outlet NEMA 6-50R. The outlet install is straightforward. It's right next to the electrical box and I can reuse the existing wiring and outlet hardware, but I will need new breakers. So I wondering what would be the cost to hire an electrician to do this? Is there any recommendations in around Bellevue, WA?
