No sure if you want to hear from people who HAVE been able to order, but it might help to know orders are going through. My order email came on 10/28. I ordered on 10/29 after securing what I considered was a good price and choosing that dealer as my preferred dealer. Have you called the good people at Nissan Leaf? They all seem very friendly and helpful. Good luck.
I'm in that group, but it's likely because I came late to the EcoTality party. I just had my EVSE assessment today, so it may be a couple more weeks before I'm accepted (or, heaven forbid, rejected) and I can place my order.
