OK, update. 2012, May 2012 manufacture. 40, 500 miles. Dropped to 10 bars a couple days ago, so bats at 77.5% of original capacity if I read the threads right. It took 22 months and 18,000 mikes for the next 7.5% (after the first 15) to drop. Would indicate as predicted that the curve is indeed flattening.
The car seldom sits in the KC Summer sun, and hardly ever QCs or charges to 100%
I think its now nearly impossible that I will get a warranty battery, which is good for Nissan, and I guess good for environment and the rest of the EV world generally.
I still think the battery was not treated well by the dealer in 2012. But in the end, its not making much of a difference.
