Had my assessment today (July 12th)
Placed my Leaf reservation on April 20th as soon as it actually "worked" for me (do not have the time)
Placed my initial assessment reservation the morning of June 16th (before the email came out - thanks mwalsh!)

I think it would be more valuable to ask again when you placed your reservation. I think it is more likely to be tied to this number, if anything.
Placed mine within 6 minutes of the emails starting to arrive at 28 minutes past the hour on April 20th. I don't know if I got mine at 30 minutes past the hour and reported so before placing my reservation, or placed it first and then reported in. Either way, I was done and basking in the afterglow by 34 minutes after.
