Charging near Space Needle - B&M Gates foundation parking

Just saw some chargers in new parking garage on 5th right across Seattle Center (Bill and Melinda Gates foundation parking garage).
Seems to be operational, but haven't seen anything similar anywhere else... It's not Blink nor ChargePoint nor Aerovoronment.... Anyone knows what are those? They are not on any maps either, not even on plugshare...

I parked my leaf in different place and walked by that garage noticing charging stations on ground level near the coffee shop... They look alive, indicators saying ready or something like it.
I should try next time I'll go to seattle center.

Got a response. One person thinks it was an Eaton

Hm... I thought Eaton have merged the network with ChargePoint or use them for managing stations...

Well ya don't need a membership card. One person who actually used them says she just swiped a credit card but it only charged for two hours and stopped
