Hello. I am new to this forum. Can my 2022 LEAF SV's EVSE be continuously plugged into my 240-volt electrical outlet when not charging the vehicle? The frequent plugging in/removing the EVSE's plug has made it very difficult to plug in and remove. Thank you.

Yes, you can leave it plugged into the outlet, in fact it is better (less wear and tear on the outlet/plug/cord) if left plugged in.
It has to "handshake" with a car before the power is allowed to flow in the cord to the car

Yes. The EVSE came in a kit with a an EVSE support bracket that should be mounted below the plug. If done correctly the bracket will take the strain off the EVSE's source cable.
