I think it's more to do with the fact it's not that cold or warm like parts of the U.S or Canada that help with the heat pump ?

As in the one you can plug into a normal wall outlet?

Then no because you can only pull 13 amps from a wall outlet and I'm not even sure the portable evse even pulls 13 amps ?
