AZE0 2014 Light sensor issues?

I have something weird happening.
The headlights on auto work normally, but the centre console sometimes thinks its night and sometimes not, whilst the dash has decided its definitely night.

Anyone had similar? What is the solution?

The dash light dimmer is in a different location than the center console. Need to know the year of your car to be sure where that is accessed.

Its a 2014 G. This is a fault, not something I push on and off
Specifically the map goes into nighttime invert colours during the day - which can't be changed by the brightness control
Also the dash brightness doesn't change based on daylight or headlights - which it should..

The centre console brightness is unpredictable - some journeys its "night" others its "day"
