Actual dealer invoice on a 2013 Leaf S w/charge package?

Anyone know where can I find it? I am under the impression that the VPP price should be ~ $1K below invoice even though there is always the "dealer participation" clause.

I have also been quoted 3 different money factors from different dealers, only one of which showed the value in the ".000XXX" range. What is going on with this?

I have been quoted (via email correspondence only, and assuming Tier-0 credit) with the following:

MSRP is $31120.00
Sale price is $29307.00
VPP price: $28,701.00
Money Factor is 0.00242
Payment with $1000 down and a 24 month/15k per year lease is $277.49.

Don't forget the Dealer Holdback (2.8% of Base MSRP) of $806.40 making the net cost $28,156.60 minus any VPP discount. Additionally if you are leasing, the NMAC finance cash is $8,150 on the S. ALSO if you are a current 2011 / 2012 Leaf owner there an additional $1,000 Loyalty Cash
