We are pleased to have passed the 42,000km mark in our Nissan Leaf (only one in Cape Town), look forward to many more in this amazing car.

To do this we have used 5975kW/hours of which 82% has come from the solar panels in our garden.

Will put a few up when I get home. bulk of my driving is highway speed with a bit of dirt road. I do 120 to 160 Km a day, usualy the lower of the 2 numbers. Worked great at -60c, but she was dead flat by the time I got home (Running on preverbial fumes!)

Moved and this new area is much kinder to the battery, summer I'd usualy have 50% or better battery remaining, winter is 38 to 20 remaining.
