2015 Nissan Leaf charger/PDM issue

Hello

I have an issue with my leaf when I plug it in it tries to charge for 2 minutes and shuts off.

The codes that i have gotten from leafspy are as follows:

B29C1 2308 Charger EVSE VC-98

P3171 000A EV/HEV PD module system EVC-241
P3170 000B EV/HEV PD module system EVC-241
P316C 000B EV/HEV PD module system EVC-238


I have tried the normal fault finding steps which i found by searching these codes with no improvement.
I am presuming my PDM is faulty, currently the cover is off the PDM i have checked the fuses all good.
I am very familiar with frequency control drives/inverters in an industrial setting down to a component level.
Before i go any further is there component's that commonly cause fault? .
Or any technical advise on repair of PDMs greatly appreciated.

Note that low 12V supply can cause all kinds of odd behavior with the various computers, so have your 12V battery load tested to make sure it's good.
