12v Battery when parked

Hello, I was probably not searching correctly but couldn't find the specific answer. I just picked up my 2020 SV Plus and had a few questions.

If I was sitting in a parking lot in park would the 12v battery drain if listening to music or using the cig lighter with lights on for an hour? What if I was to just hit the start button to go in to accessory mode without holding down the brake?

Welcome. Because the Leaf uses a relatively small accessory battery, and doesn't usually manage to keep it fully charged, it is a bad idea to use Accessory Mode. Always leave the car in Ready mode, where you can see the yellow-green car icon lit on the dash. That will keep the 12 volt system at 13 or so volts, using the main battery.
