Anyone use the fast charger stations find the plug/trigger lock hard to engage? It's not as straightforward as pumping gas but once you get the method down works great. Problem is notice that over time, it's become more difficult to engage the lock in the plugin trigger in order to start...

I only go into CC when it can be maintained at 1 bubble, so if speed limit is 40 will use 2 bubbles to get to 42 then drop off pedal till it hits one bubble and then engage CC.

Often use CC when driving under 45mph on relatively flat city streets. Since posted speed limit is often 40mph, able to make through several intersections before light turns red. Is this an efficient way to use CC on the Leaf or does it drain the battery quicker?

Located in the SF Bay Area where one would think there would be more up to date info on charging stations available.

Anyone find Carwings useful or useless? I've used it on 3 occasions and each time the charging location displayed was either inoperable or not even there. Also, there is not addtional information displayed when the charging icon is selected on the map. Am i missing some hidden value here...

I've only had my Leaf for several weeks now but so far my top mileage on a single charge has been about 80m at 62mph of freeway driving and some residential. The distance is based on google maps which seems more accurate than Carwings.

How are the bars any more accurate than the 'guessometer' figure? Isnt the visual representation via number bars simply corresponding to the mileage remaining number? Has anyone actually compared the two and proven that the bars are more accurate?

I did an overnight trickle charge and the next day had about 95 miles show as the range for eco-mode. After driving a few miles and going down some hills, the range exceeded 100 and maxed out at 105 before i hit level ground and starting using more juice. Anyone else experience this. I'm...

I recently traded in my Prius '10 and leased the Leaf SL instead of purchsng. With the $7500 credit applicable immediately vs waiting 1yr for the deduction, the lease was just too attractive. In the end, my terms were zero down, 15mi/yr, 3yr term for $620mo.

The factory preset for the headlight auto setting is 30sec and 1min. Is there a way to program headlights to automatically turn off in less than 30sec? This was possible on my Prius.
