I think it would have been a little easier, but i'm panicly afraid of disconnecting those airbad wires (even wtih battery disconnected). It wasn't that mush extra hassle anyway. Heated seats is a must! not even winter yet, but already feels good in the morning.

Just installed mine. Chose rectangular switches wtih dial - they fit very nicely, almost like factory. And provide 5 levels of heat. kit was $80 from ebay, no extra parts needed. I only modified backlight of switches to allow it to light up when hearlights are on. My kit ba default illuminated...
