All original items, accessories, and documentation are included. The mounting hardware, the outdoor-proof hardware, and the NEMA 6-30 cordset are unused. As a bonus, I'm including the L6-20 cordset that I did use (pictured below).
It's performed flawlessly in my posession, nearly a year. I took very good care of it, and cosmetically it looks new.
The amperage is user-selectable to 13, 16, 20, and 32A.
Full disclosure:
1. Several in this forum have stated that if the LEAF's timer is used, this EVSE doesn't respect the end-timer (although start timer is fine). I don't know, since I only used the start timer. Assume it doesn't.
2. For 32A usage, you'll need to replace the J1772 and NEMA 6-30 cordsets.
Local pickup in Orange County, otherwise shipping is $20. First $500 takes it.
I have three L2 EVSE's for one LEAF, and the wife doesn't want me to turn into a collector
