Wall Street Journal Article: Bumpy Road for Electrics

The Wall Street Journal devoted several pages and several articles to EVs today. The perspective is what you would expect. The one thing I did find irritating was no where was it mentioned that the EV decreases our dependence on foreign oil. An amazing omission.
