NY Times story "In Two-Way Charging, Electric Cars Begin to Earn Money From the Grid"

U. of Delaware has small fleet of Mini-Es somehow saved from the wrecking ball that they are using to demo vehicle-to-grid. Too bad A.C. Propulsion, developer of the 17 kW two-way charging system in the Mini-E, gets no credit in the story.
A new twist is that the project is getting inputs from the Grid every 4 seconds, and is thus able to contribute to short-term frequency stability of the Grid.
