Okay...

...but really, wouldn't mom's chief concern be safety, the one thing Nissan is keeping quiet about? Don't get me wrong, I think the LEAF is probably as safe as the next car and doesn't have a volatile liquid in a tank that is flammable when in aerosol form. I think it's just that a number of us want to see crash test results, and we're still waiting, but really, I think that's mom's number 1 issue, otherwise you'd not see so many people on the road in SUVs and Vans.
