My SL Plus visits a gas station

I might cook up some kind of glamour shot later (that was some fun when I got my 2013 Honda CRZ) but today will settle for a bit of visual irony instead. Here's my Leaf sheltering from a hailstorm under a Casey's gas station awning. I wasn't preventing anyone from fueling up, as that pump happened to be out of service. Being a conscientious bloke, I went in and bought a snack too. This was in Ogden, Iowa, along US-30.

As for the "ONTHWND" custom plate: It's an ecological statement; it's a Serenity reference; it's an attitudinal aspiration. It may be other things too, what do I know.
