Mileage and DTC query

Hello, I've just bought a used 3 year old Leaf 62kw. It has a mileage of 33000 on the dash display but when using an obd2 reader both standalone and LeafSpy they give a different reading of around 13000 less, both showing 20442. What could be causing this and should I be concerned? There was also several DTC errors showed up when I ran a scan with my standalone scanner and the same with LeafSpy which i recorded and then cleared. The SOH on the battery is 94.02%. I'm still trying to understand LeafSpy Pro so im not sure what everything else is or that I should be looking for.
Should I keep an eye on anything that was in the DTC's?

The P31xx and P0A and P32xx codes would be concerning if they stuck around but I notice a low voltage code that makes me think the concerning code are false, set by a low battery at sometime in its past.
So as long as they are gone and don't come back, I wouldn't be concerned.

Make sure the battery is healthy and clear all the DTCs.

The OBD devices are seeing kilometers and converting to miles, hence the OBD miles are 0.6 X dashboard miles. Look around--others have solved this.

Check the CAN odometer box in the settings of leaf spy pro.
