Leasing - wear coverage?

I've searched for this, but haven't found any specifics.

Does NMAC offer any kind of wear coverage for lessees? In other words, insurance that covers vehicle wear, dings, etc., so that you aren't charged for that stuff when turning the car at the end of the lease.

How much does it cost and what is covered?

The guidelines actually seem pretty reasonable.

Ford offers a package (WearCare) for a few bucks a month that waives the majority of that stuff. I was wondering if Nissan had something similar.

Yes they do. I think it was $700. I refused it like every other offer they made at the lease closing.

I doubt it was Nissan corporate or NMAC that offered this coverage, but a third party warranty company.
