If you are living in any of the counties from San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare or Kern you are eligible for an actual cash rebate of up to $3,000 on a purchase or $1,500 on a lease. This is on top of the federal tax credit as well as the CVRP rebate. But you must register prior to taking delivery. The program is through the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution District.
