KLD - Electric drive system for 2 and 4 wheels

KLD Energy Systems - I am reading about KLD which has ready to go electric drive systems for both 2 and 4 wheel vehicles. These are relatively small systems but the scooters claim over 550mpge!! Their little utility truck is very cute and claims over 230mpge. Any thoughts or comments??
