JuiceBox Build issues?

I wanted to see if anyone else has had any problems with the juicebox?

I built mine and have had a few glitches and the email address supplied for support bounces back.
Anyone else encountered that ?

I was able to reach them using a gmail account when my primary bounced. Seems like their SNMP server spam filter is a little too strong.
And Welcome Aboard the MNL forums.
Don't expect too much from EMW, they (justly so) expect you to be able to understand basic electrical/electronic terminology and have the resources available to program (really just transfer files into) the arduino. It may help to watch their tutorial on assembly if you have the latest revision with programming already on the board.

I finally got an email through last night and haven't seen a reply yet. Hard to tell if its seasonal or I shouldn't expect much. I will say it's been pretty dissapointing and in retrospect probably a mistake :/

You can also use info@ alias but replies will likely be slower as those emails will need to be routed to our tech team by someone first.

Yes, this is a page on our site so we control it but all these are real ;-) Of course we have a few of the builders having issues with their builds for various reasons but so far, we have been able to help everyone who had them.

Yup. I finally got thru and Valery was able to help me out. My problem was related to a connection issue I made. I'll be making a YouTube video in the next few days so hopefully others can avoid the same mistake!
