Jamaican Leaf not starting

I have a 2013 Leaf brought from Japan. When I tried to start it in the morning no luck. My leaf spy gives a P31D4 000B EV/HEV Pre Charge Relay EVC-285 error, I also have had mice problems. The park button had stopped working about a month before and it was taking about 2 seconds for the drive or reverse to engage. When I pulled the center console between the seats, there was mouse damage but no cut wires. Same thing when I pulled the glove box assembly. I have replaced the 12 volt battery and I am keeping it charged.
I can drop the battery and I have a junction box from a 2011 Leaf. Is it possible that mice damage could cause the error? I am not looking forward to dropping the battery but want my ride back. Any help would be appreciated.

I would visually inspect every part of the wiring were mice have been. And check the connectors for damage. The other symptoms are almost certainly from wiring damage.
