Is CarWings Data Shared With Dealer?

I am getting 'invitations' to have service done what have 'miles driven' estimates that are twice my accumulated miles. At <7,000 miles, I've not put on enough to justify even a tire rotation.

It leads me to ask if my dealership has access to the miles driven part of my CarWings account. Perhaps it is considered private information, but I find that hard to understand. Every time a vehicle is serviced by a dealership they can read the odometer.

Does anyone know for a fact?

The dealer does not have access to the data. If you are part of the EV Project, Ecotality has access though.

Nah, the dealer just takes the mileage from their records the last time you had service (or zero if you haven't had service yet) and add on a fixed amount per unit time since then.
