Heated Seats on and off

Howdy,

My leafs seats just seem to randomly decide when to heat up.

It will come on for maybe 5 minutes, turn off for 20+ come back on.

I feel like its not doing it to prevent overheating, because it'll turn off for 20+ minutes to the point you may aswell not have put it on at all because you're freezing cold.

Is this normal? Does it just have crap heated seats?

Every other car i've been in has provided consistent heating.

Just asking so I know if i need to take it back to the dealer

I can't speak for others, but I have not experienced this on my 2015 Leaf SL. The heated seats are consistently warm.

2014 SV here with very warm heated seats. My wife loves them. I rarely use them but like the warm steering wheel.
