Interesting. I didn't know Chargepoint charged you to get one of their cards. I have charged twice in downtown Ventura, CA, and both times I had to call the 800 number (888?) to reach their customer service (in India, based on the accents) to give them my credit card number. Calling in was a huge hassle and took probably ten minutes with the difficulties in communication. Both times they asked if I wanted a Chargepoint card and I said yes but never received anything and they mentioned a cost being involved. Perhaps I am too impatient as I don't think a month has passed yet. I did sign up for the special Earth Day card so I'll see what happens.
