Fog Lights without Headlights??

Anybody know if this would work on a 2013? They've recently started doing the 'drive with headlights on at all times' thing here in Alaska and it's annoying to have to remember the headlights.

How to convert 2011/12 fog lights to DRLs.
Remove the Power Distribution Module, move F10 to F20 position.
Solder a wire from F10 to F20 as in picture below.

Now the fog lights are on anytime the car is on.
