First car. New kid needs someone to extend their branch for help :T

Good morning!

2017 Nissan LEAF S is my first car and its due for manufactures warranty 8 bar thing. As weird as she is, so am I. But my issue is where do I start the process?

These are really the questions I need answered

-My dealer suggested I go to a nearby Nissan Dealership for assistance. Idk if they're trying to shoo me away or not. It was sold as is "no dealer's warranty" so maybe its that?
-I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS TAX INCENTIVE $$$$. Should I wait until after tax season/april to apply for buyback?
-I needed a co-signer for this and currently don't live in same state, will this affect paperwork process?

Take it to the Nissan dealer, they are obligated to start the process if it is eligible regardless of where you bought it. So you want to have Nissan take the car back? no don't wait start the process now.

If the dealer is refusing to provide the required warranty service, you can escalate the matter to Nissan USA customer service (you can google that to find their contact info). However, if you signed a sales contract that says "no dealer warranty," you may be out of luck.
