Seriously, does this happen? What's the point of scheduling and doing an inspection then?

I"m currently in 2 year lease for a 2016 SV until July. I was able to get a good deal couple of years ago. 0 down and $190 per month. The residual value on the NMAC site is $13500
I have a local dealer trying to reach me to get me into a new lease
What would be a realistic expectation in terms of final price ?
thanks
