Did the door handles change between Gen 1 and Gen 2?

I am looking for black door handle covers for my 2020 and I've found something that looks right, but the site says it will not fit my 2020 just earlier Leaves. What I'm seeing on parts.NissanUSA.com seems to indicate that every Leaf ever made has the same door handles. What's the truth?
