Here's their conclusion
"The deep freeze in these parts has given the Leaf a hard test, but our interim conclusion is that the car works as designed—if its limitations are respected. More range and faster charging times would be welcome in any weather, as would a more-accurate range indicator. Until then, the Leaf should be considered a fun urban runabout that's a second or third car in a moderate climate household."
