Apparently, back in the early 80's, there were regulations on the book REQUIRING Federal buildings to provide charging outlets for EVs.
I work in a Federal building and my boss is saying basically "we're over budget, so we'll look into it"....which means "no chance."
Does anyone know if there are any current regulations requiring my employer to provide access to a 110v outlet for charging? We have one easily available, but there are about 300 cars in our parking lot and it won't be long before others are looking for plugs to charge from.
And ideas? If it's a requirement, they'll do it...if not, they'll probably stall (which is what they're best at!)
