2022 Leaf with Multi AV problems: B1303 1110 MULTI AV and more

I am looking at purchasing a 2022 Leaf SV Plus. With Leaf Spy I see it has the following errors under Motor Control:

LeafSpy is also doing odd things with the graphs compared to our 2012 model I have been using it on for a while.

Are these DTC's something serious our are they related to my OBDII connection?

I think any DTC related to your ODB2 adapter would say CAN something. These look like something different.
