As I answered your question over under the newbie section, there is nothing you can do... If separated the sd card cannot simply be replaced as it is set up with the head unit....sorry to say but your only option is to shell out the $2200.00 for a new nav unit. I am surprised your dealer even...

Sorry to say it but you are screwed. You cannot replace the sd cards on the nav untit. I have seen the same issue and worked with Nissan, and Nav Tech the manufacturer directly. You will need to bite the bullet and replace the head unit at $2200.00.
