You should update your website then and give Nissan some credit for amending the warranty and then honoring it.

Took the car in yesterday for the update and started the battery pack replacement process. Even with the update, they confirmed that I am at 8 bars, so the pack will be ordered on Monday. The service advisor (who has been great, btw, ever since day one) said it will take 4-6 days to get it...

Lost my third bar yesterday morning...at least that's when I noticed it. No big change in the GOM or noticeable change in my range, but I think I'm stuck with 100% charging for the remainder of my lease (11 months).

Interesting development (or maybe just a quirk...): my car was plugged in all weekend and was timer charged to 100% on Saturday. This morning, the Guess-o-meter said 93 miles (in EcoMode) - the highest number I've seen in ages with my two bar loss. Most recently, the GOM showed a 79-82 range...

Use the EPA rating along with "your actual mileage may vary based on how you drive." This is not that complicated.
