Surprisingly my awd ev6 is more efficient than the 20 leaf sl plus I have as a loaner. Leaf has michelin tires so it's not the tires or the pressure. My same routes are 3.5 to 3.7 miles per kwh on the ev6 and 3.3 on the leaf

That doesn't sound right. Shouldn't nissan factor in your buying price minus the miles you drove?

It's not on the dealer when the battery comes in. There are multiple people waiting over 8 months with plenty of people taking a buyback. Mine is at nissan since may and the latest update is tentatively Jan 2024 for a battery

I wouldn't bank on the free replacement. Nissan is severely backlogged and is offering buyback. If in a good lemon law state you might make out ahead.

Based on your previous comment you said you paid 25k in 21. Nissan paid you 17500? How did they deduct so much?

Did they pay you based on the price you paid on the vehicle? Or the 120k mile formula from msrp? I live in Illinois which has terrible lemon laws and had bought the car used.

Got my Biweekly call from the dealer. No update yet as anticipated. I wonder how long till nissan calls as I am in a loaner from the dealer. It's a 20sl plus. I am sure it's costing nissan a 1000 bucks a month to give me a loaner.

Can you share if you bought the car new or used? How many miles? Can you share what nissan offered?

Not for this price. You can easily buy a bolt with the same range, active battery thermal management and more features for less.
