    L3 Charger won't read car

I attempted to use the L3 chargers at Fred Meyer today, and each time I tried, it would not read my car. I tried 3 different times using both of the cables. Any ideas? I'm parked there now, charging with L2.

Side moldings for the Leaf doors

I'm leasing and not worried about removing the molding upon return. I plan on leaving it in-place, as it's an upgrade. They probably won't even notice it. If I did have to remove it, I would use a heat gun (carefully).

    L1 vs L2 Charging Costs

Can anyone tell me what the electrical cost difference is between the L1 and EVSE Upgrade L2 when charging at home? If the L1 takes 8 hours to charge, and the L2 takes only 2 hours, will the electricity cost be only 1/4 for the L2?

    Leaf Side Molding

Yes - it comes with 2 tubes of solution, one for each side. You don't need anything else, and the quality of the kit is very high.

    Leaf Side Molding

I'll answer, and there's nothing wrong with starting this new post. The kit is complete, with 4 pieces of side molding, one for each door. It is factory painted to match - mine is an exact match. It comes with a couple of cleaning wipes, and a solution that you rub onto the side of the car to...

Can't say enough about the high-quality side molding from Sportwing. It was shipped in a tube, wrapped in a soft cloth. The kit comes with everything you need except blue masking tape and a tape-measure. Here's a link: http://sportwing.com/Nissan-Leaf-Body-Side-Moldings-2011-2012-FE-LEAF11"...

Charged it today using the L3 at Fred Meyer. It was at 38%, and it took about 30 min to 80%, and an additional 30 min to 97%. So for the time being, I'll let it sit over there during my work day (5 min walk) for 1 hour, then go back and pick it up to have an almost fully-charged car. Next...

ICEless in Seattle : Official Pacific NorthWest thread

Wow - thanks everyone! I read a little more about the upgrade on their site, so now I understand how I can swap it back if I get any grief when I return the lease. I think the upgrade is the way to go. I'll have to try out the 480v charger. There are 2 at the Fred Meyers within walking...

New here to Leaf ownership with a few questions: 2013 Leaf SV - 2 year lease - Live in Woodinville Has anyone local that is leasing done the EVSE upgrade? I'm concerned about returning the modified cable and getting hit with a replacement charge. Does anyone know if PSE lowers their power...
