note, the power outlet is old and unchanged
as far as hardware goes, its just a sticker with a RFID for the EVSE and QR code to explain how it works.

whats that cost? $1

the real heavy lifting is
EVSE with builtin telemetry
company back office subtracting energy cost from building owner, and adding it to vehicle users bill.

This seems very transparent, negligible effort to the building owners point of view. The vehicle user seem to get billed on KEPCO's electric car plans.
