JDM Language change to English

Is this something possible.
Can anyone guide me.
Then would it have any impact on normal operation...

Can't be done. Maybe on the nav system if you can find an English one and swap it. Maybe.

This is a common topic here in New Zealand as nearly all the recent Leafs sold have been JDM. The central console for the basic models (S spec for JDM) is often swapped for NZ radio/GPS unit but the higher spec models get left with Japanese due to car functions which doesn't seem to be a major concern.

The small driver display remains as Japanese on all models but not too hard to work out - one user here has started posting helpful videos on how to change basic settings.

Some attempts are being made to use ex US displays for the centre consoles but this is only early stages. As per the earlier post, a simple language swap isn't possible.

Yet I know how to get it done

Just thinking would it impact other settings
