WTB: cover plate for tow eyelet

Hi, I have a 2014 Leaf S, in gun metallic exterior. Either the small plastic cover plate fell off (4500 miles on car) or someone stole it, not sure. Anyway, it goes in the front bumper, driver side, covers the hole that the tow eyelet screws into. Seems difficult for it to fall off, but who know. Dealer sells them, but not painted. Anyone have one available?

I've seen people make the License Plate holder screw into that hole, then you have no screws through the bumper.
 
Thanks, but my bumper already has the front license plate attached, just want to cover up that tow eyelet hole.
