Has anyone figured out how to work around the limitation of inputting addresses into the NAV system while the car is in motion?
Or for that matter, being able to use the phone keypad on the screen while moving?
Also, is there a way to use the backup camera while not in Reverse?
I am installing a Torklift hitch this morning and was wondering if there was a way to look back there while I was driving. Heck, I would like to be able to do that on my Frontier as well.

Yes, I developed a complete work around for it on page #2 in this thread:

There is also a kit you can buy if you want something plug-n-play/

Cool! I will have to read all that after install the hitch today. But I just did a search and found this

Has anyone tried this one?

The hacks are great, but for those leasing or otherwise disinclined to mod, the voice activated nav on the new cars works pretty good while driving. I find it much easier and more reliable than manually entering an address.

Works Great.
Totally plug and play.
