MY new to me 2013 leaf telematics are in a different time zone. The time on the dash is correct. But when I for example try to do a remote climate control start the timezone is off 3 hours. I set it for 0800 but it comes on at 1100.

Any ideas?
 
Have you gone through ALL the menus on the NAV system (and dash menu) and set the correct time zone, DST, map region, default settings, etc.? That's the first thing I did when I got mine, since it came from the Eastern time zone. I use the Leaf Commander app on my Windows phone. The only time a tried a Climate control timer, it kicked on at the correct time.
