Buying a used 2013 SV

Any advice on buying a 2013 SV? I'm in Virginia and there's a 2013 SV with 13,800 miles for sale in Connecticut, for $10,750. Dealer showed me photo with 12 bars. If I were closer, I would put the Leafspy on it, but I can't just get up there that easily. Seems like a very good deal and a very good price, but am wondering about the risk of buying it without getting a confirmation on the battery capacity. This is my first Leaf and I want a good battery for starters. The car is also being sold CPO and will only finish the 36 month bumper to bumper on August 30.

Make sure that the build date on the driver's side door jamb is *after* March of 2013. Unless you get an early build Leaf with three capacity bars already missing, it just isn't worth buying one that will degrade as fast as a pre-2013 Leaf. Most of them seem to have two or three bars gone by now, but it's still worth checking!

The Carfax says the manufacture date is 4/10/2013. Would that match what is says on the doorjamb?

It should, but I'd double-check. There is no day on that sticker, IIRC, just month and year.
