Nissan Leaf battery warranty upgraded in US, first to cover capacity loss


So Nissan upgraded the warranty to ensure if you go below 9 bars, that they'll restore it to 9 bars:

It's in the right direction, but I'm not sure about the 9 part! If you could pay a little extra (less than $1k or $2k) to go to 11 or 12, then I think it'll be ok.
