The Andromeda Power folks have built a device that will fit in the back of your LEAF that has two Chademo cables and it can be used to provide an emergency jump start to a stranded LEAF or iMiev...You would just plug one Chademo connector into your LEAF and then plug the other one into the stranded vehicle and give it a little "mouth to mouth" from your car...

An interesting concept....

That would seem to suggest that the LEAF CHAdeMO *is* capable of bidirectional current flow? I seem to remember that was considerable discussion on V2G threads about whether that was currently possible or not.

Probably you could buy the "rescue" LEAF (without the device of course) for less (assuming its not brand new).
 
Page 2, below table 1 note 3:
"(3) Solar panel application (with no load input can be up to 600V)"

I want to know more about that.
