Fall means that it's time to say goodbye to the Leaf

Well, I did it. I just got home from the dealer. I turned in my leased Leaf and picked up a 2015 e-Golf SEL. I seriously considered buying my Leaf after I received the $5,000 residual reduction offer, but it still didn't lower my residual enough to justify the purchase and it didn't help that I just lost my first bar. I would still have paid nearly $15,000 for the car. Anyhow, I've thoroughly enjoyed lurking on this forum. I learned a lot here-- thanks!

There is a forum for e-Golf owners, too. My spouse and I share a Leaf and an e-Golf, so I am on both forums.

I only wish VW would sell the e-Golf in Houston. IMO, they have always definined the look, layout and utility of the hatchback.
