My "from new" rattle was diagnosed as a defective right front upper strut bearing. It sounded like a 20lb woodpecker at the top of the front right wheel well and was especially bad on washboard road surfaces. The new part has arrived at the dealer and will be installed 11/05. Hoping this solves the problem.
