If Leasing you'll get a small amount (i have not figured it out but I've heard a few hundred dollars) (make sure to get a signed letter from the dealer saying they will not claim this credit)
If buying you will first claim the Federal Rebate ($7500) + all other federal taxes. Then if you have taxes remaining the state rebate applies which will be $6000. I am not sure if this carries over form year to year.
